Approximately 5 drivers What can I expect to earn? Drivers earn 90% of the delivery revenue they personally generate. TRX receives approximately $1.65 per successfully delivered stop, which means the driver earns approximately: $1.485 per delivered stop Based on the current projected route volume: Approximately 575 stops per day across the route Approximately 5 drivers Average of approximately 115 stops per driver per day Estimated average daily driver revenue: approximately $171 For example: 115 delivered stops × $1.485 = $170.78 This is an average based on projected package volume. Actual daily package counts and earnings will vary. Volume is expected to grow This is a new operation, and package volume is expected to increase as the market develops. The important part for drivers is that increasing volume does not necessarily mean driving substantially farther. The delivery territory is established around the same group of ZIP codes, so as package volume increases, the goal is for the route to become denser—more packages delivered within the same general service area. That can mean more earning potential without a proportional increase in miles driven. A Typical Day Drivers will report to the designated Las Vegas warehouse and: Check in and receive their assigned packages Scan every package into the delivery app Number packages for quick identification Sort and organize packages before loading Load their own vehicle Deliver packages throughout their assigned territory Follow customer delivery instructions Take clear proof-of-delivery photos Complete all required delivery attempts Properly process any undeliverable packages Scanning, numbering, sorting and loading are part of the job. Being organized at the warehouse makes a major difference in how quickly and efficiently you can complete your route. What You Need Reliable personal vehicle Valid driver's license Current auto insurance Smartphone with reliable data service Ability to lift and carry packages throughout the day Strong attendance and reliability Ability to work independently Good organizational skills Ability to follow delivery-app and proof-of-delivery requirements SUVs, crossovers, minivans and other vehicles with adequate cargo space are encouraged. Previous Amazon Flex, FedEx, UPS, Spark, DoorDash, courier or other last-mile delivery experience is helpful but not required. Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Drivers receive 90% of the delivery revenue they personally generate. At current projected volume, a driver averaging approximately 115 successful deliveries per day would generate about $171 in driver pay for that day.
