Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling their vehicles efficiently Operate cash registers and POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions Handle cash, credit card payments, and cash drawer balancing with precision and integrity Provide product demos and upsell items such as snacks, beverages, or car accessories to enhance customer experience Maintain stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and conducting inventory checks Ensure cleanliness of the station, including fueling areas, convenience store aisles, and restrooms Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Educate customers on store products through knowledgeable merchandising and product knowledge sharing Assist with merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote sales opportunities Support supervising staff when needed by providing guidance on store operations and customer service standards Experience Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred but not required; training provided Familiarity with POS systems and retail math for handling transactions accurately Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Experience in supervising or leading team members is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for cash handling and sales processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and stock management practices Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering top-notch service while growing your skills in a rewarding environment.
