-Camp Rukla, Lithuania Maytag Aircraft Corporation - 3.4 Colorado Springs, CO Job Details Contract 12 hours ago Qualifications Petroleum and natural gas corrosion control System troubleshooting DoD experience Leak detection equipment usage Driver's License Supervising experience Petrochemical and natural gas storage terminals Equipment inspection Corrosion control Alarm system inspection Facilities routine maintenance Mechanical systems repair Full Job Description Pending Contract Award Fuel Distribution System Mechanic (FDSM) - Camp Rukla, Lithuania FDSM System Maintenance The Fuel Distribution System Mechanic (FDSM) will perform all maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of the Deployable Fuel System (DFS) at Camp Rukla, Lithuania and is responsible for scheduled preventive maintenance, unscheduled corrective repair, component replacement, and system compliance across all DFS equipment including automated tank gauging, high/low level alarms, cathodic protection, and leak detection systems. Includes all DFS system maintenance, servicing, parts, and consumables.
Key position qualifications include:
Minimum 2 years documented experience maintaining fuel bulk storage and distribution systems, from ground product service stations to large bulk distribution facilities Documented supervisory experience in liquid fuels maintenance operations prior to performance start. Specialized knowledge of cathodic protection systems, leak detection systems, automated tank gauging, and high/low level alarms Working knowledge of DoD fuels management instructions and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations governing bulk and retail fuel terminal operations Capable of inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing all fuel system components including tanks, pumps, valves, filters, monitors, and associated control systems Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Position of Trust Valid driver's license; able to lift minimum 50 lbs; available for weekend/holiday/after-hours support as required.
