Broco Energy is seeking a hands-on Propane Manager to bridge the gap between office operations and field teams. In this role you will serve as a knowledgeable, approachable point of contact for current and potential customers. You will oversee daily operations, including routing, product purchasing, inventory control, and resale pricing strategies. Your leadership will directly impact team efficiency, staff supervision, and overall department profitability. RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversees routing, sales, inventory management, and product purchasing. Direct, mentor, and coordinate department staff to maximize efficiency Assigns team member responsibilities; develops performance standards, completes and administers annual (or more often) performance reviews for team members Ability to set liquid propane tanks, install vapor distribution systems, and perform leak test(s) to ensure system(s) pass all state and local regulations as well as all NFPA codes and standards Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards and safety protocols Contributes to the development of policies and procedures, such as contracting, pricing, risk management, marketing, logistics, etc Aids in developing programs to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's energy presence Installs, maintains, and repairs tanks, piping, and heating equipment, commercial and residential customer sites Develops annual and long-term strategic and operational plans for the department Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills Ability to manage priorities and workflow with acute attention to detail Repairs needed replacement parts, calibrating system to manufacturer's recommendations, and thoroughly testing components for functionality

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of experience in energy operations, propane, fuel distribution, and gas service experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

MA & NH LP

(Liquefied Petroleum) Installer License Must be fluent in MA & NH Fuel Gas Code (248 CMR), as well as national standards like NFPA 54 (National Fuel Gas Code) and NFPA 58 (Liquefied Petroleum Gas Code) You must hold a valid OSHA 10-hour construction safety card

DOT HAZMAT

Training :
