Responsibilities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and offering product recommendations Conduct product demos to showcase new or featured items, enhancing customer engagement and upselling opportunities Manage cash register operations including cash handling, balancing cash drawers, and processing payments with professionalism Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise displays to ensure products are well-organized and fully stocked Assist with merchandising efforts to create attractive displays that promote store products and specials Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the station area, including fueling stations and store interior Experience Previous retail sales experience, preferably in grocery stores or convenience retail environments Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Familiarity with POS systems and retail math for accurate transactions and inventory management Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions over the phone or in person Experience in grocery store operations or retail store product knowledge is advantageous Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for cash handling and sales processing This role offers an energetic environment where your proactive attitude will make a real difference!
