Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Service Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests by providing exceptional service and support. This position involves various tasks, including assisting with vehicle management and delivering outstanding guest services. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance with parking and retrieving vehicles. Manage the flow of vehicles in the parking area, ensuring efficient use of space. Operate manual transmission vehicles as needed for valet services. Assist guests with their luggage and other requests to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area and service areas. Handle cash register transactions accurately when required, including processing payments for services. Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure all needs are met promptly. Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction. Support delivery drivers by coordinating pick-up and drop-off schedules as necessary. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with valet parking operations is a plus. Proficiency in retail math for handling transactions accurately is beneficial. Strong communication skills are essential; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. A valid driver's license is required, with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is an advantage. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
