Full-Time Position Summary Buckeye Honda is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused Wash Bay / Lot Technician to join our team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the appearance of customer vehicles and dealership inventory while ensuring the service drive and lot remain clean, organized, and efficient. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Schedule Requirements Availability Required:

Must be available to work every Saturday Open and closing shifts throughout the week Flexible schedule based on dealership needs Overtime may be available during busy periods Primary Responsibilities Vehicle Care Wash, dry, and vacuum customer vehicles after service. Wash and prepare new and used vehicles for delivery. Clean engine compartments when requested. Apply tire shine and perform final quality inspections. Remove stickers, tape, and protective coverings from new vehicles. Lot Maintenance Keep dealership lot clean, organized, and presentable. Move vehicles between service, sales, detail, and storage areas. Park vehicles in designated locations. Assist with snow removal and ice treatment during winter months. Pick up trash and maintain cleanliness around the dealership. Service Department Support Assist technicians and advisors as needed. Maintain wash bay equipment and supplies. Notify management of vehicle damage or maintenance concerns. Fuel vehicles when necessary. Perform miscellaneous duties assigned by management.
