The Lot Coordinator will help manage the day-to-day operations of our vehicle lot, ensuring vehicles are properly organized, maintained, and moved efficiently throughout the dealership. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, has a strong work ethic, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment. Responsibilities Coordinate the movement and placement of vehicles throughout the dealership lot. Keep vehicles organized and parked in their designated locations. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional-looking lot. Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out procedures. Move vehicles as needed for sales, service, detailing, customer appointments, deliveries, and transportation. Inspect vehicles for obvious damage or condition issues and report concerns to management. Maintain proper organization and accountability of vehicle keys. Assist with vehicle deliveries and pickups. Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and movements. Work closely with the Sales, Service, Parts, Detailing, and Management teams. Help maintain dealership lot safety and follow all company policies and procedures. Provide excellent customer service when assisting customers or moving vehicles for customer needs. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Previous automotive, dealership, transportation, or lot experience preferred but not required. Ability to safely operate and maneuver a variety of vehicles. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks as required.
