Life:
As a Fuel Station Attendant, your day is centered around keeping the station running smoothly while creating a positive experience for customers. You're often the first point of contact as customers fuel up or stop in for quick purchases, handling transactions and answering questions while keeping interactions efficient and friendly. Another part of the role is keeping the station clean, stocked, and ready throughout the day. You'll complete safety checks, restock supplies, and maintain the inside and outside areas so everything stays in working order. Between customer interaction, deliveries, and daily upkeep, the role always runs on a full tank, making it a good fit for someone who enjoys variety and working in a fast‑paced environment. What you bring to the table:
Customer Interaction Skills:
Clear, friendly communication during transactions and customer assistance
Transaction Handling:
Processing purchases accurately using cash registers and payment systems Attention to
Detail:
Accuracy in handling payments, inventory counts, and daily checks
Organization & Time Management:
Managing tasks such as cleaning, restocking, and monitoring station activity
Safety Awareness:
Following procedures related to fuel handling, equipment checks, and site safety
Inventory Awareness:
Restocking merchandise and monitoring supply levels throughout the shift
Operational Awareness:
Following company policies, audits, and daily station procedures
Adaptability:
Comfort handling changing customer flow and varying tasks throughout the day
Environment Readiness:
Maintaining clean indoor and outdoor areas, including restrooms and fueling spaces
Physical Capability:
Comfort with standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 35 lbs., and working in outdoor weather conditions
Requirements:

Pay Transparency:
Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Dependent on length of service, hours worked and any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation pay (accrued based on hours worked), paid holidays (between 7-9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility).
