What You'll Do Independent NEMT Drivers may be responsible for: Safely transporting passengers to and from healthcare appointments Providing professional and courteous door-to-door transportation Arriving at scheduled pickup locations on time Following assigned pickup and trip instructions Communicating professionally with passengers and Virgo Link Maintaining a clean, safe, and presentable vehicle Completing required trip documentation accurately Providing excellent customer service Protecting passenger privacy and confidential information Following applicable transportation, safety, and NEMT requirements What We're Looking For We're looking for transportation partners who are: Dependable and punctual Professional Safety-conscious Respectful and patient Strong communicators Comfortable working independently Organized and responsible Committed to providing excellent customer service You don't need to want a traditional 9-to-5. Minimum Driver Requirements Applicants must:

Be at least 21 years old Own or have access to an acceptable 4-door vehicle (no trucks) Have a valid driver's license Provide an acceptable driving record Maintain current vehicle registration Maintain required automobile insurance Have a reliable cell phone/communication device Meet applicable onboarding, screening, training, vehicle, safety, and compliance requirements Who Should Apply?
