On-Demand Medical Courier Driver (1099 Independent Contractor)

Johnstown, PA Drive with Purpose AA Courier Logistics LLC is looking for dependable and professional Independent Contractor Medical Courier Drivers to provide on-demand medical delivery services in and around Johnstown, Pennsylvania . As a Medical Courier Driver, you will transport medical specimens, laboratory samples, pharmaceuticals, medical records, and other healthcare-related items from medical facilities to a designated laboratory or Fed Ex location. If you enjoy driving, working independently, and providing an essential service to the healthcare industry, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Pick up and deliver medical specimens, laboratory samples, pharmaceuticals, and medical documents. Complete deliveries safely, accurately, and within required timeframes. Follow all client instructions and delivery protocols. Use a smartphone and delivery app to receive and complete assignments. Maintain communication with dispatch regarding delivery status and any delays. Obtain electronic proof of pickup and delivery. Handle all medical items with care while maintaining confidentiality. Follow all traffic laws and safe driving practices. Requirements Must be at least 21 years old. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable personal vehicle. Current automobile insurance. Smartphone with reliable data service. Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record review. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Previous courier, delivery, or medical courier experience is preferred but not required. Pay:
