We are seeking a skilled Motorcoach Operator to join our team! As a key member of our transportation services, you'll be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting passengers to various destinations while providing top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a motorcoach, ensuring timely arrival and departure. Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the vehicle at all times. Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, providing information, and ensuring comfort and safety during the journey. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and functionality. Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards. Handle any passenger issues or concerns professionally and promptly. Maintain accurate trip logs and other required documentation.Requirements:
Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with Passenger Endorsement required. CDL Class B preferred; Class A will also be considered. Minimum of 3 years of motorcoach or bus driving experience required. Clean 7 year MVR. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with passengers in a courteous and professional manner. Ability to handle difficult situations and remain calm under pressure. Flexible schedule and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.What We Offer:
