The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism, ensuring a pleasant travel experience for all passengers. Duties Operate 45' Passenger Coach and other vehicles in a safe, efficient manner for up to 10 hours of driving each day, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. Be able to travel and spend the night out of town on Over the Road trips. Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition, reporting any mechanical issues as necessary. Maintain accurate records of trips, including passenger counts and any incidents that may occur during transport. Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle interior and exterior. Assist with special transportation needs, including paratransit services for individuals with disabilities. Collaborate with dispatchers and other team members to ensure timely departures and arrivals. Experience 2 Years CDL Experience Required; Must be 25 y/o + per Insurance Regulations Previous experience in bus driving or shuttle driving is preferred. Familiarity with delivery driving or school bus driving can be an asset. Strong customer service skills are essential for interacting positively with passengers. Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for performing basic maintenance tasks on the vehicle. Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus. Experience in limousine services or paratransit operations will be considered an advantage.
