This role is ideal for a dependable professional with proven long-distance driving experience transporting passengers. As a CDL Driver at USA Guided Tours, you'll operate luxury passenger shuttles, support guided tour operations, and contribute to a top-tier customer experience. Duties Safely operate company-provided buses and shuttles on long-distance, interstate routes. Complete multi-day trips transporting passengers, groups, or charter clients across regional and national destinations. Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate FMCSA-compliant driver logs. Assist with baggage handling and ensure ADA compliance when boarding or deboarding passengers. Navigate highways and city routes with professionalism, using GPS or route instructions as needed. Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or compliance concerns immediately to dispatch/management. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring comfort and safety throughout long-distance trips. Qualifications & Requirements Valid CDL (Class B or A) license with passenger endorsement. Documented long-distance/OTR driving experience (required). Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical and drug/alcohol testing. Strong understanding of interstate highways and regional travel routes. Excellent time management, professionalism, and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist passengers with luggage or mobility needs. Flexibility for multi-day trips, weekends, and evening travel schedules.
