Immediate / September 2026 About the Role A licensed private security agency is seeking energetic, reliable Unarmed Security Subcontractors (1099) to support a variety of event and operational environments across Central PA. Assignments include high-energy football games and stadium operations, community park details, house-of-worship / church services, construction sites, and commercial properties.

Transportation Note:

Company-provided transportation (group shuttle/van) is provided exclusively for football game details to and from designated assembly points. Officers are responsible for their own personal transportation to local park, church, and site details.

Schedule, Pay & Tax Classification Base Pay:

$18.00 per hour

Tax Classification:

Independent Contractor (Form 1099-NEC)

Shift Times:

Primarily 2nd Shift (Afternoon/Evening & Game-Day Hours) . Flexible weekend and weekday scheduling options available depending on event schedules.

Travel Logistics:

Transportation provided only for football game assignments . All other details (parks, churches, local sites) require reliable self-transportation.

Key Responsibilities Football Stadium Operations:

Manage fan entry points, operate walkthrough metal detectors, check bags, verify credentials, and maintain crowd control throughout concourses and seating areas.

Park & Community Details:

Perform foot patrols, monitor public gatherings, enforce site rules, and maintain a visible safety presence.

Church & House-of-Worship Security:

Provide polite, watchful access control and parking/perimeter monitoring during services and special events.

Construction & Property Asset Protection:

Conduct static observation posts and perimeter patrols to prevent unauthorized entry and protect equipment during off-peak hours.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience Requirement:

Minimum 2+ years of security experience (event security, customer-facing security, access control, military, or law enforcement background required).

Age & Identification:

Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued photo ID and Social Security card (required for on-the-spot W-9 onboarding).

Clearances:

Must pass state/federal background checks (e.g., PA Act 34, Act 151, FBI Fingerprinting as applicable).

Communication & Demeanor:

Strong interpersonal and de-escalation skills with an emphasis on customer service and professional engagement with the public.

Physical Capability:

Ability to stand, walk, and remain active on foot for extended periods in various indoor and outdoor weather environments. Uniform & Gear Requirements Black tactical/work pants and sturdy all-black footwear (sneakers or boots). Company-provided event high-visibility outer gear or polo shirts provided upon assignment. Bring your valid photo ID and Social Security card to your interview for immediate onboarding if selected.
