In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing belongings, safely loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring every item arrives in perfect condition. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to a positive moving experience for our customers. Duties Carefully pack household or commercial items using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit Load and unload boxes, furniture, and equipment onto trucks using manual lifting techniques, pallet jacks, or forklifts as needed Operate box trucks or commercial vehicles with manual transmission for route driving and delivery tasks Safely secure items within trucks to prevent shifting or damage during transportation Assist with route planning and delivery schedules to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including trucks and packing areas Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients during pickups and deliveries, addressing questions professionally Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Previous warehouse experience or moving background preferred but not required, training will be provided Valid driver's license with experience driving box trucks or similar commercial vehicles Experience with delivery driving, route driving, or courier services highly desirable Ability to lift heavy items repeatedly while maintaining proper safety techniques Familiarity with equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks Comfortable performing physical tasks including heavy lifting and manual packing Knowledge of safety protocols related to moving operations and vehicle operation Excellent organizational skills for load & unload procedures and route management Must be available for out of state moves Drivers license required Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values hard work, safety, and customer satisfaction.
