You'll help clients through major life transitions while managing the behind-the-scenes details that make the office run smoothly. What You'll Do Prepare and format legal documents, letters, and court filings. Track court dates, deadlines, and case status in MyCase (or similar). Communicate with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel by phone and email. Keep files and calendars organized — primarily digitally. Handle administrative support and anticipate what the attorney needs next. Who You Are You stay calm under pressure and like solving problems on the fly. You're organized but not rigid — you can adapt fast when plans change. You're confident using Word, Adobe, scanners, and e-filing systems.
