What You'll Do On-Site Installation:
Build dance floors, hang professional draping, set up lighting, arrange high-end furniture and more.
Warehouse Operations:
Prep equipment for the week, clean and maintain inventory, and keep the warehouse organized.
Driving:
Operate company box trucks to and from event locations. Attention to
Detail:
Ensure all decor meets our luxury standards before the "I do's" happen. Schedule Requirements This is a full-time role with a schedule built around the event industry: Mid-week (2-3 days): Warehouse prep, cleaning, and organization. Weekends (Friday, Saturday, & occasional Sunday): Heavy hours for on-site setups and teardowns. Availability on weekends is a must. Part time positions also open!
Requirements Physical Stamina:
Must be able to lift 30+ lbs repeatedly and remain active for long shifts.
Driving:
Valid driver's license with a clean record. Class C license is a plus , but not required (we use standard box trucks).
Professionalism:
You will be working in high-end venues; a professional attitude is essential. Perks Consistent year-round work (not just seasonal). Paid Time Off (PTO). 401(k) retirement plan.
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Are you comfortable with a job that requires consistent, heavy manual labor? Do you have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for operating company box trucks? Do you have experience driving 16ft-26ft box trucks? (
Note:
Class C is a plus, but not required)? Our primary event setups and teardowns happen on Fridays, Saturdays, and occasionally Sundays. Are you consistently available to work these days?
