We're looking for Moving Crew Members and Packing Crew Members to join our Louisville team. No previous moving experience is required. We'll teach you the job, provide paid training, and give you the opportunity to build experience that can lead to higher-level positions.

TWO WAYS TO JOIN THE TEAM

Moving Crew Members You'll work as part of a relocation crew, helping move customers' household goods from one location to another. The job includes loading, unloading, carrying, protecting furniture, and working with teammates to complete each move safely and efficiently. Packing Crew Members You'll specialize in preparing customers' belongings for transport. You'll wrap, box, label, and carefully protect everything from everyday household items to fragile and high-value pieces. Whether you're moving furniture or preparing a customer's home for transport, your work directly contributes to a successful relocation.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

THE WORK

Depending on the position, your day may include: Loading and unloading household goods Carrying furniture, boxes, appliances, and other items Wrapping and protecting furniture and belongings Packing fragile items, artwork, electronics, and household goods Labeling and organizing packed items Using moving equipment and packing materials Working with a crew to complete relocations safely and efficiently Providing professional service in customers' homes and businesses Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Our crews work on residential and commercial relocations throughout Kentucky , including moves involving military bases, secured facilities, and gated communities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You may be a good fit if you: Are 18+ with a valid Real ID driver's license Have reliable transportation to our Louisville facility Can safely lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Are comfortable with physically active work throughout the day Show up on time and ready to work Work well with a team Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers Can pass required background and drug screening for base access Are available to work complete shifts when scheduled Reliable personal transportation is required to report to our Louisville, KY facility.
