00 per hour Philip P. Massad Movers is a family-owned moving company serving Central Massachusetts since 1958. We are looking for dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Mover/Drivers. No moving experience is required. We are happy to train the right person. If you're reliable, enjoy physical work, are good with people, and are comfortable driving a box truck, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Safely drive company box trucks to and from moving jobs Load and unload furniture, boxes, and household or commercial items Properly pad, wrap, protect, and secure customers' belongings Protect customers' homes and property throughout the move Provide friendly, professional customer service Work efficiently as part of a moving crew Assist with packing and warehouse/storage work when needed Keep trucks clean, organized, fueled, and properly equipped Follow company safety procedures and vehicle inspection requirements Qualifications Valid driver's license and good driving record Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with customers Ability to perform physical work and safely lift and carry furniture Ability to work well as part of a team Willingness to learn and take direction Box truck, moving, delivery, warehouse, construction, or similar experience is a plus, but not required Pay & Advancement Starting pay of $20
- 22 per hour , based on experience and skills Overtime opportunities are common Customer tips are common On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement into higher-level Driver and Foreman positions with increased pay Advancement is based on skills, attendance, safe driving, customer service, professionalism, and leadership.
