Job Summary We are seeking energetic and dependable Driver/Movers to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods, furniture, and equipment to various locations while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks, commercial trucks, or personal vehicles to transport items between locations. Load and unload goods using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks. Assist with moving furniture and equipment, ensuring proper lifting practices to prevent injury. Follow route driving plans while adhering to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients during deliveries or moves. Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and inventory using mobile devices or other tracking tools. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during loading, transportation, and unloading processes. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience or experience in moving or delivery driving preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial truck driving or courier services is a plus. Knowledge of safe lifting practices and heavy lifting techniques. Familiarity with route driving, adhering to traffic laws, and DOT regulations. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
