Role Description We are seeking a full-time Mover Helper to join our team at our Elmira, NY, location. This is an on-site role where you will assist with preparing, loading, and unloading furniture and belongings for residential and commercial moves. The role involves physical labor, ensuring the safety of items during transport and delivery to designated locations, and providing excellent customer service. The Mover Helper will also contribute to maintaining equipment and ensuring efficient operations. Qualifications Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy items safely and efficiently Proficiency in teamwork and communication to work effectively with a moving crew Attention to detail and care in handling customer belongings to prevent damage Time management and organizational skills to maintain schedules and meet deadlines A valid driver's license and clean driving record is a plus Prior experience in moving, warehouse, or other physical labor roles is an advantage
