About Touched with Elegance LLC Touched with Elegance LLC is a growing professional cleaning and home organization company seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning & Organization Assistant to join our team on a part-time, as-needed basis. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both professional cleaning and creating clean, organized, functional spaces. You will work alongside the owner and/or other team members on residential deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleanings, home organization projects, unpacking and setup services, and other scheduled client services. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and is interested in growing with the company. Pay & Training $18/hour starting pay during introductory training/evaluation Opportunity to increase to $20/hour after successfully completing training/evaluation and demonstrating consistent quality, reliability, efficiency, and the ability to complete assigned work independently Paid hands-on training On-the-job training Opportunities for additional hours and advancement as the company grows Cleaning Responsibilities Residential deep cleaning Move-in and move-out cleaning Kitchen and bathroom cleaning Vacuuming and mopping Detailed cleaning of baseboards, blinds, fixtures, and other areas Cleaning inside cabinets and appliances when required Following cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions Maintaining Touched with Elegance quality standards Communicating damages, unusually heavy conditions, or other concerns discovered during a job Assisting with cleaning supplies and equipment as needed Organization Responsibilities Unpacking and setting up client spaces Sorting and categorizing household items Decluttering and organizing Organizing kitchens, pantries, closets, bedrooms, and other household areas Using bins, labels, and other organization products to create functional systems Helping create clean and manageable spaces for clients Handling clients' belongings carefully and respectfully Schedule & Availability This is a part-time, as-needed position. Hours will vary depending on scheduled cleaning and organization projects and are not guaranteed each week. Most assignments take place during daytime hours, with our typical scheduling window generally falling between approximately 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The 10:00 AM-4:00 PM timeframe is a general scheduling window only and does not represent a guaranteed six-hour shift. Some assignments may begin earlier or later, end well before 4:00 PM, or only require a few hours depending on the scheduled service. Applicants should have reasonable daytime flexibility within this general timeframe. Occasional weekend availability may also be needed depending on client scheduling. Transportation & Travel Touched with Elegance serves clients in multiple areas, so job locations will vary. Reliable transportation to assigned local job sites is required. Some client locations may be approximately 30-50 minutes away. For select longer-distance assignments, optional carpool/team transportation may be available. When transportation is offered, employees may have the option to report directly to the client location or use the available transportation arrangement. Applicants should be comfortable traveling to different client locations depending on the day's assignments. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, efficient, trustworthy, and detail-oriented and takes pride in doing quality work. Professional residential cleaning, housekeeping, move-out cleaning, or home organization experience is preferred. However, candidates with related experience and a strong willingness to learn our standards are encouraged to apply. We especially value someone who can follow instructions while also taking initiative and noticing what needs to be done without constant direction. Because our team is trusted inside clients' homes and around their personal belongings, integrity, discretion, confidentiality, and respect for client property are extremely important.
