Job description: Hiring immediately for Drivers and Movers in Dallas-Fort Worth! At Square Cow Moovers , moving is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to serve others at meaningful transition points in their lives. Whether our clients are starting something new, closing a chapter, or navigating a surprise change, we take pride in delivering exceptional service and care. We are currently hiring Drivers and Movers who are reliable, team-oriented, and eager to grow within a purpose-driven organization.
What You'll Do:
Lead local, long-distance, and commercial moving crews Safely drive 26 ft. box trucks to and from job sites Complete pre- and post-trip inspections Safely load, unload, and move clients' goods Lift and carry 50+ lbs (sometimes upstairs) Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
Pay & Benefits:
Starting at $15.00- $18.00/hour, depending on experience Paid Training Daily Tips
- Many team members earn $30+/hr total with tips 401(k)
- Company match up to 3% Opportunity to travel for long-distance moves
