REACH Medical Holdings seeks a skilled Helicopter Pilot for our Emergency Services air medical team. In this safety first role, you'll conduct day and night helicopter operations, ensuring rapid, safe transport of critical patients and medical crews. You will execute IFR/VFR flights, perform thorough pre flight and post flight checks, support medical staff during missions, and adhere to all FAA and company safety standards. Responsibilities Operate helicopters for emergency air medical missions under VFR/IFR conditions Ensure safe, timely transport of patients and medical crews Conduct thorough pre flight, in flight, and post flight inspections Comply with all FAA regulations and company SOPs Assess weather and operational risks and make go/no go decisions Coordinate with dispatch, medical teams, and ground agencies Maintain accurate flight logs and operational documentation Participate in safety meetings, training, and continuous improvement programs Support a safety first, team oriented culture Care for aircraft cleanliness and readiness between missions Required Skills Helicopter flight operations (VFR/IFR) Emergency medical flight (HEMS) operations Aeronautical decision making and risk management Night and NVG operations Weather interpretation and flight planning Crew Resource Management (CRM) Radio communications and airspace coordination Aircraft systems knowledge (rotor wing) FAA regulatory compliance Technical documentation and flight logging
