Health, dental, vision, and life insurance offered the first of the month following 60 days Health insurance premiums are covered at 100% for employees if they participate in the Wellness Program Dental and vision insurance premiums covered 60% for employees The Arc covers 50% of health, dental, and vision premiums for spouse and/or dependents $25,000 life insurance policy given to all full-time staff Health Savings Account offered The Arc matches contributions up to $500 for employees who have been employed for less than 2 years and up to $1000 for employees who have been employed for more than 2 years. Retirement Account offered with up to a 3% match. Vacation, sick, and personal time earned after 90 days All employees must meet the following requirements. Must be at least 18 years old Hold a valid driver's license Have reliable transportation and valid car insurance Able to pass a background check Able to pass a drug screen Able to lift at least 50 pounds Transportation DSP The Arc is looking for a part-time DSP to provide transportation in the afternoon. The DSP will be transporting clients from The Arc facility program to their homes. The driving area currently covers Lebanon and Whitestown and would be needed between the hours of 2pm-4pm. The DSP will complete transportation specific training and will be required to assist the clients in and out of the vehicle and secure wheelchairs, if needed. The Arc will provide the vehicle for the transport. The Transportation DSP is currently needed Mondays and Tuesdays for 1 hour each day and Wednesdays-Fridays for 2 hours each day. The starting pay rate is $16.50/hour.
