Longhorn Washer & Dryer is a small, fast-growing crew in Hutto with 402+ five-star reviews to protect — and those reviews are earned in the shop, in how carefully every unit gets tested, cleaned, and prepped before it ever reaches a customer's home. As our Shop Assistant, that's your world: testing every machine, deep-cleaning it, and getting each set delivery-ready so the customer's first impression is a perfect one. You'll help load and prep for same-day runs, jump on a couple in-home repair calls a week, and earn extra on every walk-in you turn into a sale. This isn't an easy job — it's a satisfying one. Real, hands-on work that helps real people face to face every day, where the quality of your work is what people remember us by.

What you need:

• Hands-on appliance experience — comfortable testing & diagnosing washers/dryers
• Takes pride in the details — clean work, done right
• Comfortable talking to walk-in customers and closing a sale
• Valid driver's license + clean driving record
• Able to lift 150+ lbs with a partner
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
