Duties Assist with the setup, coordination, and breakdown of outdoor events and activities, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish Loading and unloading equipment from trailers Ensure safety standards are met by performing manual handling tasks, heavy lifting, and adhering to safety protocols Support outdoor work duties such as maintaining cleanliness, setting up equipment, and assisting with outdoor games or performances Requirements Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in public speaking situations Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions with excellent guest service orientation Proven ability to manage conflicts calmly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude This role offers an energetic environment where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
