Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their arcade experience Operate and troubleshoot arcade machines and gaming equipment to ensure optimal performance Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle ticket or prize redemptions efficiently Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the arcade area, including manual handling of equipment and heavy lifting when necessary Assist in organizing and managing special events or tournaments to boost guest engagement Enforce safety protocols, including first aid procedures and conflict management to ensure a secure environment for all visitors Qualifications Prior experience in retail sales or hospitality environments is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in public speaking situations Experience working with children or in event venue settings is highly desirable Knowledge of safety protocols including CPR, first aid, and lifeguard experience is a plus Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, safely and efficiently Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and processing transactions accurately Previous experience in outdoor work settings or resort environments is advantageous Excellent conflict management skills with a proactive approach to guest concerns Basic math skills for managing transactions and game point calculations Join us as an Arcade Attendant where your enthusiasm fuels fun!
