Versatility & Reliability :

Candidates should be reliable and flexible to get all packages delivered on every scheduled shift. 2.

Customer Service Skills :

Excellent customer service skills are a must, as our employees interact with customers regularly. 3.

Weekend Availability and Schedule Flexibility :

This role requires weekend availability. Full-time employees are scheduled five days per week (up to 6 for experienced candidates and also during year-end holiday season), with a strong preference for individuals who have flexibility in their schedule. 4.

Good Driving Record :

While a commercial license (CDL) is not required, applicants must have at least one year of on-the-job driving experience, a clean MVR (motor vehicle record), and be 21 years of age or older. Vehicles operated by DMJ2 Logistics are primarily step vans. 5.
