Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Prepare and serve food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Manage cash register operations, process cash and card transactions, and handle cash handling responsibilities with precision. Upsell menu items and retail products to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation standards, including bussing tables, cleaning kitchen equipment, and ensuring overall cleanliness of the dining area. Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff to deliver quality meals promptly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, managing food service customer orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; retail math skills are a plus. Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety management is essential. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately; experience in grocery store or retail sales transactions is advantageous. Food industry or café experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key.
