Compensation:

$12.50 per hour base pay plus tips (average tips of $15 - $25 per hour, depending on delivery volume and customer interactions, ensuring total earnings meet or exceed local minimum wage requirements). If you're passionate about driving and thrive in a fast-paced environment, apply today! Duties Safely operate a delivery vehicle (including box trucks) while adhering to all traffic laws. Handle flowers with care to preserve quality and presentation. Use your own reliable smartphone for navigation and to document proof of delivery (e.g., photos, digital signatures, or app-based confirmation). Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions. Maintain accurate delivery records, noting any discrepancies or issues. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety. Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must have your own reliable smartphone with data plan for navigation and delivery documentation. Proven experience as a delivery driver or similar role preferred. Strong customer service skills and effective communication. Familiarity with route driving and navigation systems.
