About the Role We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Delivery Driver to help us keep Bizarre Coffee running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is essential to supporting our coffee shops, events, roastery, and wholesale partners through timely and accurate deliveries. Responsibilities Safely deliver coffee, supplies, events equipment and goods between Bizarre Coffee locations, event locations and wholesale accounts Load, unload, and transport products with care and intention Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules Communicate clearly with management regarding deliveries, delays, or inventory issues Assist with light warehouse or prep tasks when needed Maintain cleanliness, routine repairs and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle Represent Bizarre Coffee professionally at all delivery stops Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Clean drug test Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable, punctual, and organized Comfortable working independently Comfortable driving large van Positive attitude and strong work ethic Familiarity with local roads and navigation apps Must be available weekdays and some weekends for events Nice to Have (but not required) Prior delivery or warehouse experience Experience working in food, beverage, or coffee Basic inventory or logistics experience Why Work With Us Consistent part-time hours (20-30/week) Supportive, creative, community-driven team Growing local brand with room to grow!!!
