Job Summary The Medical Equipment Delivery Technician:

Become part of a team whose main purpose is to improve the quality of life during a difficult stage of life. The physical responsibilities of the technician is to instruction and demonstration of equipment; pickup and delivery of equipment which includes hospital beds, respiratory equipment and wheelchairs; also cleaning, inspecting and testing equipment; and inventory maintenance. Knowledge and Requirements 21 years of age or older, with high school diploma or equivalent. Prior delivery experience in hospital setting or customer service preferred. Basic computer skills. Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Valid driver's license with good to excellent record Able to lift and/or push 80 pounds. Able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Complete Pre-employment physical/drug screening prior to employment Requires excellent communication and organizational skills. Requires ability to problem solve in the field Mandatory Paid On Call Night Service Rotation 1-2 Saturday Shifts are required per month.
