Looking for a delivery position that allows you to use your own vehicle, work independently, and earn hourly pay plus mileage reimbursement? Xseed Delivery LLC, an established Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is hiring TSO-PV Delivery Associates for a new delivery program serving Amazon customers in rural areas surrounding Edwardsville,Illinois. This is different from our traditional delivery van position. You will use your own qualifying personal vehicle to complete assigned package deliveries. No CDL required. Previous delivery experience is helpful, but not required. Paid training is provided. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused people who enjoy driving, working independently, staying active, and providing excellent customer service. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

PAY & MILEAGE

Hourly Pay:

$21.25-$23.00 per hour PLUS Mileage Reimbursement Mileage reimbursement is provided in accordance with the applicable program and company policy. This means you're earning an hourly wage while also receiving reimbursement for eligible business mileage driven in your personal vehicle.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a TSO-PV Delivery Associate with Xseed Delivery LLC, you will: Deliver Amazon packages to customers using your qualifying personal vehicle Complete assigned delivery routes in rural and surrounding communities Safely operate your vehicle and follow all traffic laws Use a smartphone for GPS navigation, package scanning, and communication Load and organize packages efficiently Deliver packages safely and on time Follow delivery instructions and company safety procedures Provide professional and courteous customer service Communicate with dispatch and the Xseed support team throughout your shift Work independently while remaining connected to your support team Enter and exit your vehicle frequently throughout the route Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Lift, carry, and deliver packages weighing up to 50 pounds Complete assigned routes safely and efficiently

YOUR VEHICLE

Because this position uses your personal vehicle, applicants must have access to a reliable SUV age 10 years or less.

Your vehicle must:

Be a reliableSUV age 10 years or less Be properly registered Maintain required automobile insurance Meet applicable program and company vehicle requirements Be capable of safely transporting assigned packages Passengers are not permitted while completing delivery routes. Specific vehicle eligibility requirements will be reviewed during the hiring process

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must: Be 21 years of age or older Have a valid, non-probationary driver's license Be authorized to work in the United States Meet applicable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) requirements Successfully complete required pre-employment screening Successfully complete a 4-panel drug screening that does not test for marijuana Have access to a reliable qualifying 4-door personal vehicle Maintain required vehicle registration and insurance Have access to a compatible smartphone for delivery operations Be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions Be able to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds Be dependable, organized, safety-conscious, and able to work independently

NO DELIVERY EXPERIENCE?

That's okay. Previous experience as a delivery driver, courier, package delivery driver, route driver, Amazon DSP driver, rideshare driver, grocery delivery driver, food delivery driver, or other professional driver can help, but delivery experience isn't required. Paid training is provided.
