This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide outstanding customer service, and be part of a dynamic mobile food operation.

Duties Driving and Navigation:

Safely drive and park the mobile kitchen , obeying all local traffic laws, and arriving on schedule.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle safety inspections, monitor fuel levels, and report any mechanical issues.

Food Preparation and Service:

Set up the service window, prep ingredients, cook menu items, and serve food at correct serving temperatures.

Customer Service and Sales:

Take orders, interact with customers in a friendly manner, and process payments using Toast (POS) system.

Safety and Sanitation:

Maintain clean workspaces inside and outside the truck, follow strict health department codes, and properly store food items.

Inventory Management:

Restock ingredients, utensils, and paper goods, and track daily supplies.

Qualifications License:

A valid, clean standard driver's license.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for long shifts, work in tight spaces, and lift heavy supplies (often 25 to 50 pounds).

Communication:

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to handle fast-paced environments.

Adaptability:

Flexibility to work varied outdoor weather conditions, irregular hours, and high-pressure situations. Benefits Paid time off 401k including company match !

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
