Job Description We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Granite City location on Madison Ave. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, bringing quality service and smiles to our customers' doorsteps. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers throughout assigned routes in a timely and professional manner Navigate routes efficiently using GPS technology and local knowledge to optimize delivery times and fuel consumption Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly Handle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition and are delivered to the correct addresses Provide friendly, courteous customer service at each delivery point, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with empathy Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and any special delivery instructions Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding route updates, delays, or customer feedback Organize and load vehicles efficiently to maximize delivery capacity and minimize handling time Represent the organization professionally at all times, building positive relationships with customers and the community Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery operations Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Physical capability to safely lift, carry, and handle packages of varying sizes Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic Knowledge of local traffic laws, road safety regulations, and defensive driving practices Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and willingness to go the extra mile Ability to work independently while remaining responsive to team communication Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery purposes MBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
