Responsibilities:

Travel to assigned residential and commercial properties. Attempt to gain interior access when required. Complete inspection forms accurately. Post notices on doors when access is not granted. Take clear, horizontal, date

•and timestamped photos of the property, address, postings, and inspection items. Upload photos and completed forms to dispatch. Follow detailed client instructions for each assignment.

Requirements:

Reliable car or SUV and a valid driver's license. Proof of auto insurance. Ability to coordinate with dispatch. Smartphone with a camera capable of taking date

•and timestamped photos. Ability to pass a background check. Ability to follow written instructions and submit accurate documentation. Strong attention to detail and professionalism. Comfortable working independently and driving to multiple locations.

Pay:

$50.00
