Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00/8:30 AM-4:30 PM Job Description CM Chicken Clarksville is hiring a dependable Catering Prep & Delivery Associate to help prepare, organize, and deliver catering orders. This position is ideal for someone with kitchen-prep experience who works efficiently, stays organized, and provides friendly service when delivering to customers. Responsibilities Prepare food and ingredients for catering orders Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food-safety procedures Package and organize orders accurately Double-check orders before leaving the restaurant Load, transport, and deliver catering orders safely and on time Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries Maintain a clean and organized prep area Assist with general kitchen-prep duties between catering orders Help monitor catering supplies and notify management when items are running low Qualifications Previous kitchen or food-prep experience preferred Valid driver's license and a safe driving history Reliable, punctual, and available Monday through Friday Able to work independently and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail and order accuracy Friendly and professional when interacting with customers Able to stand for extended periods and lift catering boxes and supplies Must follow all food-safety and sanitation standards Typical Hours Monday through Friday, starting between 8:00 and 8:30 AM and ending around 4:30 PM. Hours may vary slightly depending on catering volume and delivery schedules. About CM Chicken CM Chicken specializes in Korean-style fried chicken and flavorful Korean-inspired dishes.
