Duties Plan and follow efficient delivery routes, ensuring timely arrival at each destination while maintaining accurate delivery schedules Load, unload, and secure merchandise with proper lifting practices, including heavy lifting when necessary Communicate professionally with clients upon delivery, building strong customer relationships through friendly and helpful interactions Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, leveraging retail store experience and sales skills to enhance customer satisfaction Maintain detailed records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or delays for organizational purposes Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong knowledge of route driving, traffic laws, and safe lifting practices for heavy items Basic math skills for calculating pricing, measurements, and delivery documentation Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members Experience in retail store environments or merchandising is a plus for understanding product handling and presentation Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper safety protocols Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries efficiently throughout the day Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on building positive client relationships Join us as a Delivery Driver and become an integral part of our mission to deliver excellence!
