Furniture Mart is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Non-CDL Furniture Delivery Driver to join our team in Gretna, LA! This is a great opportunity to be the face of our brand, delivering quality furniture and exceptional service directly to our customers' homes. Responsibilities:

Load, transport, and deliver furniture and home furnishings to residential customers. Safely operate a 26 foot box truck in compliance with all traffic and safety regulations Unload and assemble furniture in customers' homes with care and professionalism Inspect deliveries for damage before and after transport, documenting any issues Communicate delivery schedules and updates to customers in a courteous and timely manner Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle and ensure proper cargo securing techniques Complete delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures upon delivery

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record — no CDL required Ability to lift and carry heavy furniture items (50-100+ lbs) with or without assistance Prior delivery, moving, or logistics experience preferred Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly demeanor Ability to navigate local routes efficiently using GPS and mapping tools Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends
