Position Summary Our CDL B Route Delivery Drivers are the face of Berkshire Springs. In this role, you'll deliver bottled water and related products while providing outstanding customer service and building relationships with customers along your assigned route. This is a physically demanding, independent position that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Routes are local, and you'll be home every day. Hours vary seasonally, with longer days during peak periods and lighter schedules during slower months. Responsibilities Safely operate a delivery truck on an assigned route throughout Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, and Vermont. Load, unload, and deliver bottled water, coolers, coffee products, and related supplies. Lift, carry, and maneuver 3- and 5-gallon water bottles (approximately 45-50 pounds each), including deliveries up stairs when necessary. Maintain accurate delivery records using a handheld device. Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop. Recommend additional products and services when appropriate (training provided). Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns. Maintain a clean, organized truck and represent Berkshire Springs professionally at all times. Qualifications Valid driver's license required. CDL Class B with Air Brake endorsement preferred. Candidates willing to obtain a CDL may be considered, and company assistance may be available. Ability to pass a DOT physical, background check, and pre-employment drug screening. Ability to perform frequent heavy lifting and other physically demanding work. Dependable with strong time management and customer service skills. Comfortable using smartphones or handheld delivery devices.
