In this fast-paced role, you will safely operate CDL B trucks to deliver craft beer, cider, and specialty beverages to retail accounts across Massachusetts. Responsibilities include loading and unloading kegs and cases, verifying orders, following DOT and company safety standards, and providing outstanding service at every stop. As part of the Sheehan Family Companies network, you'll help support top craft brands while working closely with local retailers and communities in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. Responsibilities Safely operate CDL B trucks to deliver craft beverages to retail accounts across assigned routes Load, unload, and verify product accuracy against invoices and delivery paperwork Follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations, including pre- and post-trip inspections Provide excellent customer service to retailers, resolving delivery issues professionally Maintain accurate delivery logs, collection of payments when required, and documentation Communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams to address route changes or issues Handle kegs and cases with proper lifting techniques and equipment to prevent damage Represent Craft Massachusetts professionally, supporting brand standards at all accounts Required Skills CDL Class B truck operation Route delivery and time management DOT and safety compliance Loading and unloading freight Inventory and invoice verification Basic vehicle inspection and maintenance Hand truck and pallet jack operation Customer service in B2 B settings Use of delivery/logistics handheld devices Cash handling and proof-of-delivery paperwork
