Responsibilities Safely operate personal vehicles to deliver e-commerce packages across designated routes. Load and unload goods using manual handling techniques, while adhering to safe lifting practices. Manage delivery schedules efficiently by following planned routes and traffic regulations, ensuring timely arrivals at customer locations. Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and resolving any delivery issues promptly. Conduct routine vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns. Comply with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations during all aspects of delivery operations. Utilize mobile devices for route navigation, delivery confirmation, and communication with dispatch teams. Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse operations, delivery driving, or courier services is highly preferred. Must be 21 yrs of age Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with driving is advantageous. Valid vehicle insurance and registration.

Rental vehicles are accepted if:

Your name and ID match the rental agreement. Your name is listed on the renter's insurance. You can provide proof of the required insurance. Strong physical stamina for performing repetitive tasks safely. Knowledge of traffic laws, safety procedures, and DOT regulations . Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude and clear communication abilities. Familiarity with route driving using mobile devices or GPS systems; experience with warehouse or logistics software is a plus. Incentives $75 gas incentive for your first two weeks to help cover fuel costs before your first paycheck.($150 total) Background-check fee refunded with your first paycheck.

Delivery Details Delivery areas:

Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Maryland Pickup location: Elkridge, Maryland Work Schedule Choose one of the following schedules: Monday-Saturday Monday-Friday, with two Saturdays required per month

Time:

Between 6:30 AM and 9:00 PM Pay $2.70 per package for deliveries in D.C. and Virginia $2.20 per package for deliveries in Maryland Paid weekly every Friday, following an initial two-week pay hold A two-week rolling balance is held throughout the contract; you will receive your final held payments after contracting ends Pay Example If your work week ends September 5, payment will be issued September 18. After the initial hold period, weekly Friday payments continue.

Important:

Gas is not included after the first two weeks. Background Check Background checks are completed through Checkr.

Cost:
