Job Description

We're looking for reliable, customer-focused Independent Courier Drivers to deliver packages to homes and businesses using their own vehicles. This flexible opportunity allows you to choose your availability and earn by completing delivery routes in surrounding areas. Route pickup is located in Dimondale, MI. Routes are located in Brighton, Highland, Hartland, Wixom, Commerce Township, Milford, Whitmore Lake, South Lyon, Walled Lake, New Hudson. Responsibilities Pick up packages from a designated distribution location. Deliver packages safely and on time. Follow GPS navigation and optimized delivery routes. Scan packages using a mobile delivery app. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism. Follow all traffic laws and company safety guidelines. Requirements Must be at least 21 years old. Valid driver's license. Reliable vehicle (SUV, or van). Valid auto insurance. Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with data plan. Ability to lift packages 50+ lbs. Must be available to work weekends and holidays , especially during peak delivery seasons. Must be comfortable driving and delivering outdoors in all weather conditions , including heavy rain, wind, and snow. Strong time management and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous delivery experience (courier, food delivery, rideshare, or logistics) is a plus but not required. Benefits Flexible scheduling—work when it fits your lifestyle.
