Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and responsible Part-Time Box Truck Driver to join our team. The driver will operate a company 16-foot box truck for pickups and deliveries and will also assist with loading, unloading, and miscellaneous shop duties when not driving. This is a part-time, first-shift position . Hours may vary depending on shipment and delivery requirements, generally falling between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM . Responsibilities Safely operate the company's 16-foot box truck. Pick up and deliver materials as assigned. Load and unload materials safely and efficiently. Maintain the vehicle with a strong focus on safety and efficiency. Follow all applicable motor vehicle laws and safety requirements. Complete required delivery and shipment documentation. Perform miscellaneous shop duties when not driving. Follow company instructions and maintain a reliable and professional approach to the job. Requirements Valid driver's license in good standing. Valid chauffeur's license in good standing At least 1 year of driving experience preferred. DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT medical card) preferred; candidates who do not currently have one may be required to obtain it after hire. Previous box truck or similar driving experience preferred. Ability to safely operate a 16-foot box truck. Ability to load and unload materials. Ability to operate a lift truck/forklift. Good verbal and written communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Schedule Part-time First shift Hours generally between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM Actual hours may vary depending on shipment and delivery requirements. Pay $15.00-$20.00 per hour Work Location In person
