AFTERNOON, WEEKDAY ROUTES

Duties Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks and personal vehicles, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards. Load, unload, and secure floral products using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks when necessary. Plan efficient delivery routes using mobile devices to maximize productivity and ensure timely arrivals. Deliver floral arrangements directly to customers' homes, businesses, or event venues with a focus on excellent customer service. Handle heavy lifting and moving of flower boxes and related materials following safe lifting practices. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery confirmation records. Communicate professionally with customers upon arrival Qualifications Prior experience in delivery driving, courier services, or warehouse operations is highly desirable. Valid driver's license Ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform manual handling tasks efficiently. Knowledge of traffic laws, DOT regulations, and weight handling in the workplace to ensure safe operations. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Comfortable using mobile devices for route navigation and communication during deliveries.
