Counter Sales and Driver Trainee Our key to serving the community begins with our Counter Sales and Driver Trainees showing excellent customer service, positive attitudes, and a willingness to learn. We do NOT require extensive knowledge about auto parts; we want those who are eager to learn about all things automotive.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

•Customer focus as you assist them in their questions and needs Helping team members when working with customers Using inventory, catalogue, and POS systems Learning about the always changing world of automotive Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery Safely deliver parts to customers as needed Maintain a positive and helpful attitude as well as professional conduct

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

•Strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn and grow Positive attitude and professional conduct Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to work weekends (with 2 consecutive days off otherwise) Must be 18 years or older Valid driver's license and clean driving record Parts experience preferred
