Position Requirements Own a registered, insured, and inspected 2008 model-year or later reliable vehicle. Have at least one year of driving experience. Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Can speak, read, and write in English. Must be able to pass a background check (both criminal & driving record) and drug test. Duties and Responsibilities Make a commitment to safety! Teamwork! Help your fellow driver associates when needed. Be accountable for your actions; we have high expectations. Maintain a safe driving and working environment and follow all company policies, procedures, dress code, and management direction. Use a smartphone for routing information and customer delivery information. Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area. Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered. Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation: Deliver up to approximately 40 packages per day in an 8-hour shift. Full Time:

40 hours/week Work Area includes Spencer, Salisbury, and Kannapolis, NC. Supplemental Pay Paid Training Safety & Performance Bonus Pay Cell Phone Allowance Program Driver Associate Referral Program Pay Schedule Salary is paid weekly along with the Vehicle Allowance Program.
