Role:

Brubella Incorporated is looking for a reliable and motivated Produce Delivery Driver to join our team in Freehold, NJ. In this role, you'll be the face of our company — ensuring fresh, quality produce reaches our customers safely and on time.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport fresh produce to customers on assigned routes Load and unload produce shipments, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage Verify delivery accuracy by checking orders against invoices and manifests Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked delivery vehicle Build positive relationships with customers through professional and courteous service Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies Report vehicle maintenance needs and complete pre/post-trip inspections

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Prior experience in delivery driving, logistics, or food distribution preferred Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift Strong time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines Familiarity with local routes in and around Freehold, NJ is a plus Dependable, punctual, and able to work early morning hours Basic math skills for verifying orders and handling delivery documentation What We Offer $18.00 per hour Stable, consistent schedule (approximately 35 hours per week) W-2 position — no cash or off-the-books work 401(k) plan Schedule Start at 5:30 AM and finish around 12:00 PM Approximately 35 hours per week One weekend day required (Saturday or Sunday)
